Insignia Introduces New Homekit Enabled Smart Garage Door Controller Currently Priced At 45

HomeKit garage door systems have been hard to come by thus far, with the exception of one offering from Chamberlain. This month, however, Best Buy has introduced a new Insignia WiFi-enabled Smart Garage Door Controller with HomeKit support.

The Smart Garage Door Controller works by connecting the Insignia sensor to your garage door, then wiring the Insignia controller itself to your garage door motor control cable. Once you’ve finished the setup process, you can use either the Insignia Connect app or HomeKit.
