Amroha Extra Region Judge (POCSO court), Kapila Raghav on Saturday reported a prison term of five years for Afzal and forced a punishment of Rs 40,000.
Gajendra Buddy Singh, Examination Official at Hasanpur police headquarters, expressed that on April 4, 2021, Amroha police had captured Afzal from Delhi and booked him under Uttar Pradesh’s enemy of change regulation for purportedly hijacking a 16-year-old young lady having a place with another local area.
“The young lady’s dad, who ran a plant nursery, had guaranteed that his little girl had ventured out from home for work yet didn’t return. He had likewise let the police know that two local people had detected her with a young.
The young lady’s family had let the police know that they realized the young lady was in ordinary touch with Afzal, who used to visit her dad’s nursery to buy plants.
The police then, at that point, documented a body of evidence against Afzal and accused him of capturing and summoned the counter change regulation.
